W.I.N.G.S. Refuge needs volunteers for your time, talents, skills, financial and material resources. 

We need help in the following areas:

• Thrift Store Workers - sort donations, stock store items, hang clothes, etc.
• "House Sitters" - We need women that are willing to come and give respite care for our staff.  So our staff can run errands or just enjoy a little free time.  Any amount of time is appreciated from 1 hour to a couple or more.  Some interaction with house guests is required.
• Reception Desk - Answer phone, take messages, greet visitors, etc.
• Case Management - Accountability and encouragement in helping women establish goals, learn new skills (if necessary), and gain the confidence to accomplish these goals and provide a better life for herself (and her family).
• Children Workers - Babysitting for the children in the home.  This will be on site only to give the parents a chance to attend classes/support groups or just give them a respite from the everyday care.  All ages may be possible, please let us know if you have a preference.  Usually for 1 hour at a time.
